Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. Returns must be approved before sending — please reach out to info@wax-bare.com to get started. Note that sale items and gift cards are non returnable, and we do not offer direct exchanges.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Orders

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. 

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
